I have been to the actual location there in Miami and loved it when I was there visiting. When I found out they delivered, I thought I would give them a shot. They actually had the cigars I wanted in stock. They were fast and safe shipping. Prices were good. They also through in an ashtray from the cigar maker. I will definitely be ordering more from Cuenca!

Every time I have ordered from Cuenca, they have been very responsive. They ship quickly and packaging is always perfect, causing cigars to arrive in perfect condition. I live in the middle of the desert where the relative humidity is rarely over 5%, so humidification is important. Cuenca always includes significant humi-packs in their shipments. I also appreciate their excellent selection of cigars for sale and availability of singles so I can get a variety!
