I love cuadra products, hopefully I can add points for my last purchase, this is my 4th item bought

Great. But not super great. Boxes are not handled with care during the delivery and come with dents. Maybe shipping in another box to avoid damaging the shoe box. I keep ALL original boxes. One of my online orders didn’t come with dust bags. I had to hunt down bags. Thankfully Michelle from the Las Vegas store helped solve that issue. Shoutout to Michelle the MVP.

I really like my new Cuadra boots. You can feel the quality right away—the leather, the fit, and the details are excellent. Solid, comfortable, and well made. Definitely a great purchase.

Had to return-The stores are not much help and the returns are a hassle. They have nice boots but not worth the run around. Also, they dont carry in store size 10 usa or 27 in Mexico size, it has to be ordered with a 5-10 day delay on top of not being true to size and the hassle of returning. Im currenlty waiting for my money back. Wont be buying what I cant try on again. I did buy a purse which is cute.
