I’ve spent thousands here over the years, but this last order was the final straw. My bulk order was wrong twice — first they sent all the wrong sizes. . . and then they majorly messed up the replacement order, too. When I asked them to fix it, they refused to overnight ship; wouldn’t let me speak to a lead, and even denied me the option to pick up from their warehouse just 45 minutes away. And cannot even guarantee I will have these in time for my client deadline in 4 days. Now I’m out hundreds of extra dollars, waiting on refunds, and left scrambling to meet client deadlines because of their repeated mistakes. Absolutely unacceptable — I will never order from this company again.

Mostly good experience. Twice I’ve ordered a specific shirt in two sizes. Site allows me to buy them but a day or two later, I get an email stating they’re initiating a refund. No explanation.
