My order was delayed in shipping. When I contacted the customer service department, they were quick to cancel my order, refund, and send another package. The package arrived and one of the bottles had frozen and broke due to the cold. I contacted customer service again and they sent a replacement for the damaged product. A few ups and downs but in the end it was a positive experience.

I have always wanted to try a professional grade waxing system. And this is it. I purchased all of the products that go with it, which I think really enhance the experience and results. The only thing I did not like and this is very picky is the packaging that it arrived in. The tape says crybaby wax and I sort of prefer a little more discreet packaging, but that’s just me. I will be purchasing all of these products again.

I would have loved if the kit came with small samples of the before and after care (or just one or the other) but otherwise I really liked this. I've never waxed and I have PCOS; I wanted to stop shaving my chin every other day. A little over a week and I'm just now getting stubble. I had no irritation either and I have very sensitive skin (I asked for the sensitive wax) so that was a big win for me. It is a slight learning curve but I think next time it'll be even easier.

I'm a trans woman and this wax is the only one that's effectively been able to pull my facial hair from the root. For any trans girls or cis men: this is well worth it. I'm Middle Eastern so my hair is extremely thick and coarse. I can't wait to see my hair get less and less dense over time using this product.

When I say less is more, I MEAN IT!! You do not have to use a full dropper of oil because the smallest amount seriously goes a long way. There’s no fragrance to it for those with sensitivity to smell or are allergic to fragrances. Haven’t gotten a single ingrown hair since using this. Worth every penny!!!
