Crunchi delivered so quickly and I love all of my products!

I love the actual products and have been really happy with the quality, but unfortunately the foundation leaked inside the box during shipping, which was disappointing. It was a frustrating waste of product, especially given the price.

Trying Crunchi for the first time… I love all the products so far—Sunlight tinted sunscreen, eyebrow pencil, Highliner eyeliner pencil, and I especially love Everluxe lip pencil (açaí) and look forward to trying more colors. Customer service was excellent in helping me get the right color of Sunlight.

I like the clean products, especially because they come in glass, but I wish they would offer appropriate spatulas that fit in the containers as there is a lot of waste.

As far as service, I didn’t have to talk to anyone because I ordered online. The ordering process was easy. I matched my color with the pictures online and it’s a great match! I absolutely LOVE the Beautifully Flawless Foundation. I am 54 y/o and it doesn’t settle in my fine lines and lasts all day. I also ordered the Goldenlight serum. LOVE IT! SO hydrating. I can tell a visible difference when I wear it versus when I don’t. Shipping was super fast with just normal shipping.
