Online ordering was easy. The mat was delivered 4 days after the jumpropes so I was disappointed I couldn't try them out right away, not wanting to scuff up my ropes from the get go. Email communications were appropriate and timely. All equipment seems to be quality made and heavy duty. I'm looking forward to a new "better" me!

Service has been excellent thank you. My first purchase was a bit too long for me and I requested an exchange for a smaller rope and the medium is the ideal size for me. It was a simple and quick turnaround and got my new rope in a matter of a week. Again thank you and I love my new rope!

Absolutely love my new jump ropes! I’ve tried others in the past and they weren’t the right size or didn’t spin properly in the handles and all of my past issues were cleared with Crossrope. If you are committed Crossrope is top notch to add jump rope to your workout and worth the investment.

Great quality handles...
After ten months of using the Crossrope, I had an issue with one of the handles. All I had to do was send them of picture of the issue and I was sent a new set of handles, free of charge, and within an hour. Best customer service I've EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. Great experience. Great handles.
