Wrong item was sent, have to send it back and hope correct item is in stock, spend time repacking, driving to post office, wait in line etc. Very disappointed not my usual experience dealing with Cross Jewelers.

As expected the gift arrived in a timely fashion. It was everything I wanted. The color of the gem stone was outstanding. My other hand is asking for a ring too. Just happen to have one in mind.
