Good quality products delivered in a reasonable time frame

A clip that holds my RCA plug was broken. Despite my power supply having long been out of warranty, Critical offered to make the simple repair for free after taking less than 24 hours to reply to my repair request. I was a little late sending it out but I received it back very quickly good as new. Not only was it great customer service, but it shows that these power supplies are built to last.

Have used a Critical power supply for years. Company is absolutely top-notch. Had the internals and a cord port go bad after years of using one of their power supplies and they immediately re-built it and got me back in action. Absolutely the best service and quality products.
