Good selection and the ordering and returns system is very easy and efficient. I feel the cost of the shoes in general is expensive.

I bought them on line and collected from the shop so I could try them on. Excellent service.

Arrived promptly and nicely wrapped as always with Crispins.

Very good service - shipping was speedy. My only comment is that it would be helpful if care instructions were included with items bought online.
