Arrived quickly, but as i had to return them due to size still waiting to see how quick their refund process is. I did have to pay postage to return (£9 to get enough insurance cover for their value so be prepared for that if they they dont fit/suit)

The boots are just what I wanted but I couldn't get my foot in even though they were the size I have always bought from Crispins. I have a high instep so maybe this is the reason but they have to go back.
