Hi, I’ve written inside of the “conversations” tab, hoping someone might clarify some issues I had with my last two orders. Nothing resolved or even contacted. The last few times, my packages had gotten mixed up in the local post office, which added another 3-4 days to shipping, to which USPS told me, if it happens more than once with the same shipper, it’s probably not their fault. Again, I’m confused and hoping for some customer service, but at this point, I’m afraid that’s non-existent. Until then, here’s my current rating, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Créme has always come through for us with great products. Shipping is quick and efficient. The disposables hit just as hard as the flower. We keep coming back for a reason. Just wish there were more zips cause they sell out fast! Early bird gets the flower though! Thanks guys!

Had a bit of a hiccup when It came to my order. For whatever reason their system showed my order and where I paid but it never got sent out. Thankfully I was able to give them a call and got it straighten out. I ordered some of the oreoz and to my amazement it was better than I truly expected. I will definitely be a repeat customer

Arrived exactly as expected, shipping was quicker than I was planning on and quality of the flowers is excellent. Chad continues to provide lovely flowers that create the perfect clouds of happiness we’re yearning for.

You're service is always great, but I would like for you to carry more Indica THCA in 28g packages. You seem to be frequently out of stock in that size.

Great products. Shopping online is a bit difficult as I had to pick 6 different flowers before finally finds my one with 28 gram packaging available. I understand they are probably appearing because they have 3.5 gram available but still a pain to keep clicking on individual items to find out the are not available in 28 gram. Perhaps a filter on quantity desired on the multi product selection page?

Everything has been great with my past two orders, except from the last one it did not really look like it was the complete 28g, it honestly looked like it was a little less. Since I do not have a scale, I cannot confirm it, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt.

I love Suga Stix and the delivery is spectacular. I just wish that flower was more available.

Shipping is fast and packaged nicely.
