The agent at valley fair (I forgot his name but he has been there the longest I think) was exceptional. He picks up on exactly what kind of scent one is looking for. He is patient, not pushy, and knows every detail about every product. I stopped going to Nordstrom to get creed (despite the return policy) just so I can purchase from him given his knowledge.
