Size off both shirts didn't fit like a large or a medium both felt smaller. Oder a size larger than you think rin small shirts was okay

I ordered two 3xl shirts. My ticket in the package and my email both said 3xl. I was delivered two XL shirts. They were gifts and I able to be used for the intended purpose.

I never received my shirt despite the Shop app stating it was delivered and have tried reaching out to the team for tracking details to try and locate it and have yet to hear back. Not a great customer experience thus far…
