The product is great — my dog loves it and it has helped to keep away the UTI’s!!! So we are all so grateful for that :))) Thank you so much!!! The only thing is that I have had to reach out to customer service twice via email for account issues (one for an account merge and once for reward issues) and I never got it resolved/heard back from anyone, even though I emailed a few times :( Thank you!!!

I really had such high hopes my dog would love this. She has tried cranberries before and seemed to like them. But I added this to her food and she will not eat it.

Love this product, knowing it is all natural and helps my pets stay healthy. I have a friend who also uses it and it reversed her dog's elevated kidney values. It works!

I've tried giving it to my puppies. Mixing it with their food, they will not eat it.

I received a product that was slightly open and had spilled out into the box it arrived in. I inherently don't trust opened packages prior to delivery, but when you receive something ingestable that has already been opened, you are extra cautious. When I alerted the company they quickly looked up my order and sent me a new one. This one arrived fresh and unopened. I appreciated the service and their follow-through. This product has saved our dog from serious discomfort and their service made us customers for life.

I placed an order and everything seemed to be running smoothly. I got an email saying it was out for delivery. Only after that I got another email saying that my order was being returned to sender because my address was incomplete (despite auto-filling my address on my phone and never having this issue before.) I was told that they would re-send it to me (at my own expense) once it returned to their facilities. I said okay. That was near 2 weeks ago and despite sending several emails asking for follow ups, I haven’t received my product nor have I received an email with any form of follow up.

I add Cranimals to my dogs raw food daily to keep them healthy. This is a great product!

Absolutely love the product. I started using it for a foster dog in kidney failure but have added it to my dogs daily routine. Definitely recommend for helping keep up good health.

Love the Cranimals Original Urinary Tract cranberry supplement for dogs! My dog had a very high alkaline level in her urine which could lead to all kinds of problems. Within one month of giving her this supplement, her alkaline levels dropped and now she has a normal pH. This supplement will also help prevent UTI's and struvite crystals. I'm going to continue using it every day for my pup.

My female mini-poodle has been plagued with recurring urinary infections for the last year. She’s been on Cranimals for a few months now and has not had a repeat episode as yet. I especially like that it’s a pure, single ingredient product. And your customer service is commendable.

Our doggie had spinal surgery and suffered from recurrent UTI afterwards for months. Every time we finished a course of antibiotics, he would have another UTI. A vet recommended Cranimals and he has been on it ever since. We’re not sure if it was due to finishing steroids or Cranimals or a combination, but he doesn’t mind the taste and if it keeps the UTI away, we’ll keep topping his food with it. My dog LOVES Cranimals! If I forget to sprinkle some on her dinner she will sit down and look at me until I remember and get the Cranimals out!

Our cat sniffs it out in his food and refuses to eat it. We really wish he would try it, but we can't trick him into it no matter what we try. Glad this product exists, however.

After 3 urinary tract infections in 6 months, our very new vet insisted on a new prescription diet. Since we knew our pup’s system is really sensitive, and the suggested food was full of things we’d never choose to feed her, I did some research to find better options. Knowing her ph, I found out what kind of crystals were forming, removed the treats that were contributing, and started her on Cranimals. It’s been a year and no urinary tract infections!
