I came to the website to look for a gift for my niece. I thought I would include a great smelling body wash in a gift basket of various pampering products but every single product on the bath & shower page says "sold out". So if you have zero products available to sell, what's the point of listing it on the website? What a waste of time. Bummer, I knew what I wanted but never mind.

I worked at the store in the Palm Beach Outlets & I loved it. I loved the products and I also grew up hearing stories about my family overseas so there was a personal interest in the brand story. When the store closed, they gave us a great final check. I posted online how much I loved this company. THEN, I was scammed, my identity stolen, sold on the dark web and constantly stalked - in OH. I traced it back to MANY people from the mall, people that worked at the store, and reality stars that had visited the store while in the area. I also noted it seemed to somehow relate to the managers Susie and Melissa R. I ended up having to report crimes ongoing to the FBI. I am still reporting 5-7+ reports DAILY to the police. I wish I could contact the company privately so they are aware if anyone still works for their company, but I don't see an email or phone listed. I did report this to UK. gov when some funds went missing around my family name. Your employer HAS private information. Your managers HAVE access to this info. I hope this gets fixed and any other victims can sort it out.

Please bring back the Christmas or Noel room fragrance oil from the mid 1990's. Love it and I know others miss this fragrace too. Please consider a re-release. It was originally called Christmas (in a white box with old english lettering) and then Noel (in a red box with gold lettering).

Need 'Wisteria' Collection as the past. It's most love of mine. Currently I break usage of remaining perfume as it's now nearly end at the bottom. So sad.

I purchased your Crabtree and Evelyn Nantucket briar body lotion. I had a severe allergic reaction to it. Everything on my body itched. I was really surprised because I’ve always thought that Crabtree and Evelyn what is a superior product. I’m now scared to purchase anything else from you. Could I please have a response. Thank you.
