My wife's cpap machine stopped working after 12 years and the local sleep store quoted $2500 to replace it. We got a new one sent within a few days from cpapmachines.ca for $700. They set it according to the prescription and all went without a hitch. Recommend for replacement machines.

I wire is just to stiff and I think that it should only be longer than half the length as the hose. Makes it hard to use the full length. The hose spirals as you push it further in. If only a bit more then half, then you can run it through from both directions of the hose for better use and less using of the hose spiraling up.

I've just had it for a while I'm still learning how to use it probably have some questions for the staff but I thought let's just run with it for a bit and see how it works and then I'll give him a call and ask him a question about the machine and is great the only concern I have is dehumidifier basket I find how you put it in and take it out a little Fragile the mechanism to me doesn't seem that sturdy I would think that if you weren't careful you might break it by accident that's really my only concern with the machine so far

Service was prompt. I'm glad you use Canada Post and not a courier service, as the package was delivered to my apartment door. I find the new Dreamwear strap design much better than the older one; the headgear stays in place at the back of my head, instead of sliding up repeatedly throughout the night, needing to be adjusted (and thus waking me up) over and over. A very good re-design.
