Service was prompt. I'm glad you use Canada Post and not a courier service, as the package was delivered to my apartment door. I find the new Dreamwear strap design much better than the older one; the headgear stays in place at the back of my head, instead of sliding up repeatedly throughout the night, needing to be adjusted (and thus waking me up) over and over. A very good re-design.

The online order experience was easy enough. Delivery time was very good. I just found that the actual tubing, while fine, did not appear as supple and quality as the tubing it was replacing which was a replacement one as well, but through my Respiratory company (where it was more expensive too). The actual mask tube / head gear was generally more comparable.
