I really can’t say enough about this stuff. It’s awesome! Wow what a difference it made to our tile. I have installed 2300 sf of wood look tile and now with cover Tec it looks like I put a fresh coat of polyurethane on it! Super fantastic!

Love this product. Easy to apply and the finished product changed the life and look of the pavers. We will use this product again, when need be.

My wife has never been so happy after we put on a coat of vinylgaurd gloss on our kitchen floor. It has remained very shiny and durable for the past 2months. 100 percent easier to maintain and it never seems to get dirty like before. Everyone thinks we have a new floor. This is the best product I have ever used. Quite a claim but I have used a ton of different sealers and finishes over the past year. For a water based product with no odor it is absolutely amazing. My experience with some of the new water based products has been favorable but most of the water based products have not been as durable as say the solvent based polyurethane. This one is different, it is Rock hard, scratch resistant and looks stunning on our new tiled basement floor. Don't forget to use the CT50 cleaner. This is also an exceptional cleaning product. I will be using these products on my Concrete Countertops. After doing 40 samples with other products, this one is by far the best!

We recently had new vinyl plank flooring put down in the kitchen of our old colonial home. It looked great but needed a sealer, so I went online and discovered CoverTec. I ordered the VinylGuard Satin, which arrived quickly, followed the instructions, and rolled on the sealer myself. It was easy,- and after 18 hours I was able to walk on this beautiful new satin finish floor. Even though the company says I only needed one coat, I decided I would put down two, so I ordered 2 more quarts. A few days later, I lightly roughed up the floor with a fine sandpaper and rolled on the second coat. Again, 18 hours later it had completely dried and I was able to walk on my new floor again. The vinyl plank now has a satin sheen to it and looks great. I'm very happy with the ease of application and the final result. I'm confident that I've protected the flooring and I'm very happy with CoverTec's product. One word of advice: believe what the instructions say regarding square footing coverage. The first time I ordered the sealer I ordered more than suggested, just to be safe. As it turns out, the sealer goes on thin but perfectly, and I had a lot left over, which had to be thrown out. Figure out your square footage and follow Covertec's advice,- you won't need more. I give this product 5 stars. Thanks.

went on easy, looks great, and hoping it lasts

I waited to write this review in order to test the durability and quality of the product specification. I applied the CoverSeal PEN 50 to my terracotta roof tiles and stone patio and driveway pavers. The roof would mold within 2 years, thereby, required cleaning. I applied this product 3.5 years ago and the roof and pavers look great. I am hopeful the product sealer continues to retard the mold.

I used the high shine sealer and it looks AMAZING! It was easy to apply. I cleaned, moved furniture and applied it to our main living area (500 square feet) in a weekend. The actual mixing and applying it took about 4 hours total. I highly recommend this product! I'm ordering more to do the next set of wood looking tile!

The product I've ordered to maintain the floor is absolutely amazing! I get compliments on the floor and it smells great!

I am a contractor that has put in numerous walk in showers.I have used this product on all of them and have yet to hear a complaint.I recommend this product over any other one available.

I purchased the wet look for my. Rick pavers and blue stone patio. It was easy to apply with an outstanding result. I just love what it did to revive the look of my existing pavers and stone. It looks brand new and the gloss wet look gives it such a rich look. I love it and loved the product will definitely purchase again in a few years when they need it again

I used this product to seal VCT in my home. It was easy to mix and roll on. Because you use a paint roller to apply it, it goes on foamy which I was worried about. But it dries clear and even - no lines or strokes. Not knowing what to expect, I applied a thin coat. If I could do it again I would apply it thicker, I think it would have no problem drying and curing with a thicker coat. I'm very happy with the result. My floor looks beautiful!

So glad you reached out to us. We have a premium wood laminate floor. I applied your product under the fridge (our test area). I followed the prep instructions to the letter and It worked great. I then, using the same prep, attempted to do the dinette area, however, I couldn't duplicate the results and realized this quickly (thankfully). Would you please recommend an applicator of your product in out area 95135 or if you do not know of one please advise us on best type of tradesman to use for your product. Many thanks, Brad Brad

My concrete soaked up the first coat of sealer quickly, but the second and third coats went much further. After drying, the floor has a nice semigloss finish that is holding up well. I have never seen a concrete floor that is as easy as this is to clean with just a broom. Dirt just glides across the floor. No fighting to sweep it up. When I spilled oil on the floor, I was able dry it up easily with paper towels and after a quick wipe with a soapy rag, followed by a wet rag, you could not tell that there ever had been any oil there. I love this product, and highly recommend it.

works great a finish that looks good and last

I self applied Covershield U140 on my new stand alone 3 car garage. The results are great. Nice color and texture, solid finish. No peeling or soft spots. Will wait a couple more months to see if all is well. The only problem I had is I tried the best I could to apply a good coating but ended up with some left over. Thus was concerned if I really applied enough but on the other hand could not have really applied more. I used a hand held garden type sprayer, 1-1/2 gallon and spread with a fine paint roller. My area was 30ft. x 40 ft. = 1200 sq.ft. but still had 20% or so left over.

Used product on 12 year old brick patio pavers which had faded from sun and weather exposure. Found product easy to use following their directions. Results were better than expected. While not restoring the original color, after applying 2 coats, it did provide the wet look as promised and brought new vibrant life to the patio surface. The hard shell left after drying promises to protect from further deterioration. Very happy with results and would highly recommend this product.
