I had purchased these fog lamp covers from two different places and looked for clips in 10 different places. Brad Martin made the process very simple and went out of his way to make sure I had the right part. Thanks!

Extreme fast shipping parts fits perfectly! Thank You

Y'all did amazing 👏

I’d have to give your customer service a “Okay” rating because four of my recent orders had multiple flaws. For instance, my order number 84453 was shipped to a Los Angeles address and I received the wrong order. I immediately called Brad Martin to resolve this issue, and Brad resent my order. I received my order several days later and discovered that one of the items (Pulley Kit 11925-7S00B) was badly damaged. I had to call Brad again to set up an exchange. Next, my order number 84785 was delivered with a damaged item (Black Out Tape 80812-7S00A). The delicate tape was packaged with the heavy steel coil spring and strut. I had to call Brad Martin to set up another item exchange to resolve this issue. Finally, my order number 84933 was delivered with the wrong item (Right Outer Tie Rod 48640-7S025). The right side tie rod in the package was not for my vehicle it was shorter by one inch. I again had to contact Brad Martin to resolve this matter. Conclusion, Coulter Nissan’s parts department doesn’t seem to pay attention to what and how they ship their orders. More pride and attention to detail needs to be used when filling orders to ensure that the correct items are being shipped to the correct addresses and that the parts are not damaged due to shipping and or handling.
