My latest bottle of Hylauronic Acid Serum was damaged during shipping and leaked all over the packaging. I called and was told a new one would be shipped out immediately. Wonderful customer service and a fabulous product. I have been using it for 5 years, ever since my esthetician recommended it.

The clay mask inner lid was lose and therfore the mask ran out around the seal seams. What a mess. Also, error was made in my order.
