Perfect purchase

I made an order. They didn't have part of it at the warehouse, and I had ordered with 2nd day UPS. Talk to a rep, she explained what happened, and I was able to go pick up my order, instead of waiting 4 days. I just wished that when it happened, that they would have reached out and let me know, and gave me some options, because if I made the order with 2 day UPS, I must've wanted it in 2 days.
