Currently I have not received my boards after 2 weeks even though it says its supposed to ship within 1-2 days. Despite several attempts, thru the chat bot and email, to contact the company I have only heard back one time and the only thing I got was a short message sending me the tracking even though I specified the issue I was having. The response made it seem like I was dumb and had not looked at the tracking link, even though I stated I had seen no updates on it. Its a real shame as the boards look nice and I was very excited to have them for a big party this coming weekend but looks like that will not be happening.
