This brand makes the best overnight pad ever supper soft and comfy!! but recently they stopped selling the original version on Amazon. They now only sell on Amazon the cloud comfort series which are not nearly as comfortable as the original. Yes, the remake stays a bit more dry as it claims, but it feels more plasticky. I now have to order straight from their website to get the original which is a bit frustrating bc now I have to pay shipping and wait a week to get it. It would be great if they brought the original back to Amazon for customer convince, but overall they do have great products and prices!! I know my complaint sounds stupid but when ur already high emotion from your period and you order bulk of ur favorite pads just to find out it’s different and uncomfortable it rlly sucks and I genuinely cried lol

I ordered tampons and was sent pads. I contacted support and did receive the correct order. I am not a fan of the applicators, so I will not order again.

I have used Cora products for a while now and really love them. My most recent order, though, was a bit of a disappointment. The first issue was the change that was made to the tampon applicator. Instead of the dual applicator where one piece pushes inside another, it now has a little twist top mechanism to push the interior part of the applicator. At times, this small "twist top" fails to work or twists and stops working or just doesn't function right and you end up tossing the entire thing in the garbage and having to start over. The second issue was the shipping time and process. My order took about 2-3 weeks to deliver. If I had known that was the case, I would have grabbed something else locally. On top of that, the shipment came by Amazon Prime. I no longer order anything from Amazon as I try to make the world a better place, so was disappointed when I saw that they were somehow now involved in my order. I wrote Cora customer service asking about the shipping and just never received response. All in all, definitely a downgraded experience from before.

I love them so much they are nice on my skin and I don't get a rash with them like I do with the other brands.

I spend $75 and the package never received. It’s missing. I tried to reach out to them through email. They said they will they know what happened with the package they will let me know. It’s been almost 2 months. They never reached out they never refund there’s no phone call to call them war service ever.

Purchased because I had started having heavier bleeding than usual. I ordered a week or two before my expected period and it took longer than expected to arrive. I had started my period and ended up having menorrhagia to the point that I had to be rushed to the ER and had to have multiple blood transfusions. Meanwhile, while I was in the hospital over the course of several days, my Cora disc arrived at my home. I had been given depo, which ended up stoping my bleeding and I have to remain on it because of the bleeding risks to my life. I got home to the new package from Cora, and asked to return it, totally unopened and unused, but you don’t accept any returns, even on unused products. So now I’m out the money and stuck with something I can’t use at all. I know it’s not the fault of Cora for what happened, but no returns on even brand new, unopened items seems like a bad policy, especially when these items aren’t cheap.

I have been wanting thong liners for so long and was a bit let down by them. They are hard to open and get off the wrapper and I was hoping they would be a little thicker. I am also sad about the new packaging as it’s more packaging and more waste.

Been using Cora for a long time now and the only problem I’ve been having lately is the applicator. A little too often recently, I’ve been getting faulty applicators and it’s frustrating because the tampon ends up wasted or I have to push it in a little further myself.

I had three children before I was 30 and lead a very active life. Now as a woman in my mid 80’s…I have occasional bladder issues and these are the ONLY pads I will wear! They’re FABULOUS!!!
