In July 2023, I placed an order for two padfolios and they never arrived. I have emailed repeatedly, received two responses with apologies, and have not been able to get a reply since last August. It was a $202.68 loss. Very frustrating because I've ordered from Copper River in the past and our sales team enjoyed their products. If they stopped production entirely, I still would expect a refund of the money charged to my card.

For years I wanted to get a nice leather bag for work. After several months searching stores and websites for a quality product I finally found Copper River Bag Co. Took the plunge and ordered my first bag, a tan distressed leather bag. Not one thing about it left me wanting, it was exactly what I hoped to get. The smell of the leather…so amazing, if you know, you know. Outstanding craftsmanship and materials, worth every hard-earned dollar. My first order was in 2016; my newest order in 2023 is a Chocolate Grizzly leather bag (a gift for a friend) which is the third of that type I’ve purchased, can’t wait to gift it, just got the shipping notices today. Longer than usual wait for it but I’ve never been disappointed, every dollar is well spent with each order. Overall I’ve ordered at least seven leather bags, a purse, a couple belts and two dog collars, a few pouches, a couple wallets, two passport wallets, more than a few portfolios (for myself and as gifts) and I’m sure more that I can’t remember. Order the Grizzly Leather Messenger Bag and it's exactly what I was looking for. I asked to have the logo placed on the bottom of the front pouch, and it's perfect. This is my second bag with CRB. First one was a Voyager. I also recently purchased a tote bag for my wife, and she's in love with it. Oh yeah, I received a wallet last year as well for Father's Day. I bought the 15" Sierra BuckHorn bag for my boyfriend's birthday. This was a fabulous purchase! He is very particular about things that are made in the USA. This was so nice to see and I know he appreciated the product that much more. I had looked at several designer bags for men from OTHER companies and they were all made in China. I ordered this bag on December 28th and was a little afraid it wouldn't arrive in time, but it shipped on January 11th and was at my door by the 13th! I did contact the company via email to ask a question and I got a VERY prompt and courteous response! This bag was the PERFECT gift! I would definitely shop this company again.
