I love Cool Tools! The variety of jewelry making products is excellent. They ship my orders very quickly, within a few hours on weekdays. They have many video tutorials about products and projects. When I have questions, I email them. I always get an answer within a few minutes, even on weekends. Plus they are a local southeastern business.
