Even though there was a tiny scratch on the temple of the frame i purchased the customer service was great, they want me to send the frame back ,but I couldn't because I used it to replace the frame I was wearing. So they sent me a complimentary gift since I couldn't send it back

The shipping took a bit long because they had to order them from the manufacturer but when emailed customer service they got back to me prompt and was very kind.

My order was fast but the color of the frames was not as shown in the photo. My previous pair of the same model were actually the color shown in the photo.
