Nobody ever responded to me.

Product packaging is so bad it outweighs the greatness of the product. I figured it'd be fixed eventually but it's been over a year and 3 full product deliveries later and it's the same exact problem.

You should put up all reviews not just 5 star. I don’t see my 1 star review- that disappointing. People have a right to know they can get second degree burns in the Caribbean if not applied more often than directed. I hope you update that info on packaging . The UV rays are stronger in the Caribbean than NH meaning you’ll burn a lot faster with the same spf. Removing reviews is deceitful. I do appreciate the GREAT customer service and refunding my money. I changed my rating to a three from a 1 in this review because of the great customer service. Also my doctor after seeing the second degree burns said you need chemicals to truly prevent burns- if you use organic it needs to be reapplied in half the time recommended in package. I think it’s important consumers realize this.

You have a great thing going!

I have used COOLA sunscreen for the better part of the last year. I use it specifically for surfing, running, and being at the beach. I have found all the products to provide excellent UV protection. Additionally, the sunscreen does not feel too oily or runny. The various scents are a fantastic touch as well! I received the product complimentary to sample but my opinions are my own.

I ordered a few products, but when they arrived the tinted moisturizer container shattered in the mail. Coola's customer service was quick to respond to my email and sent me a new tinted moisturizer within a few days! It arrived super fast and was packaged with extra care to ensure it didn't shatter again.

Online shopping, shipping and product presentation is great. You can tell COOLA takes pride in their products...as they should.
