I have bought wood on the phone,( I only look at wood on the internet). I've bought wood over the phone a few times,and have been suprized at how good the photo's have been. When the wood gets delivered to my home I am more than satisfied. Only once I ordered a board and the size that I got was not the correct size,and they (cook woods) offered to exchange it, but I said that it would work for my project and that it would be fine. The lady on the phone said that they would exchange it, but I said that it would work.
