The product is wonderful! Unfortunately, the communication was terrible. I called a few times and left a message. I got no response at all. I was relieved when the product arrived and was done well.

Every thing was good except I didn’t get a A rating on the cookie itself. A for ordering, A for arriving on time, A for presentation, C for the cookie itself on flavor and recipe.

Ordered as a get well gift for sister. Unfortunately, she never used it. Wound up in hospital day it was delivered. Never picked up outside. Don’t know what happened to it.

Was so excited about this, but my only complaint is that I emailed to get different photos per cookie - had a response that it was taken care of - but then when cookies arrived it was only one picture.
