I absolutely love the combo of DNA dispatch, convict, and locked down. Honestly my 3 favorite products. But I feell like a little more could be added to each. Convict I would increase the l-tyrosine to 3 grams, and add in 600mg of citicholine or alpha gpc. . For locked down I would bring the dose of taurine up to 3 grams and add in 3. 5 grams of betaine anhydrous. For DNA dispatch I would add in 1. 5 grams of noolvl of nitrosogene. That is just my recommendation. As far as effectiveness is concerned I have broken through several plateaus, my energy levels, and recovery are through the roof. I work 12 hour nights shifts and usually hit the gym before going to work. And even after a 90-120 min intense session I still have the energy to get through my entire shift.
