I'll start with the positives: The gummies taste good and seem to have the desired effect on both workout and rest days. Now for the negatives: The gummies arrived wet and extremely sticky. It looked like the container may have overheated, causing the gummies to melt and absorb whatever coating was supposed to keep them dry and separate. This made getting them out of the container frustrating—and, most disappointingly, very messy. Overall: If the packaging had been better, I might consider buying them again. But since both bottles arrived in this condition, I’ll pass. Maybe others had a better experience, but for me, it’s a no thanks.
