Worth the price

Third online order from Commonry. Product great but let down by Australia Post delivery which has failed to deliver all three times requiring pick up despite addressee being home. Please give choice of delivery services!

The top I bought was, in a first for Commonry, a small fit. As always I returned it to the store but no replacement in the bigger size was available. Given I bought the top 30% off I was disappointed to learn I could not have a replacement delivered - I would lose my 30% discount. However the manager agreed to order the top for me into the store and then post it locally to me. Outstanding customer service but then I have always found our local store to be very customer focused. Thankyou.
