I only got Jardin decaf and one box of Nightcap -- no Mexico or Sugarcane. No explanation. No response to my email inquiry days ago. I'm not a fan.

I did not receive what I had ordered. This is not the first time this has happened, but it was the first time I tried to contact Cometeer to try and correct the situation. According to their website their customer service only accdets emails or texts. I emailed them and received an auto-reply stating someone would respond in 1-3 business days. On the 3rd business day, I had not heard anything so I texted for an update and received the same automated response. On the 5th business day I tried to contact on Instagram DM and finally received a response on Instagram a day later, simply asking for my email address. I immediately responded and have not heard anything since. It's unfortunate because I enjoy their products. But if I can't get the product I ordered or get any response from a real human that actually cares about my dissatisfaction then I can't recommend this vendor to anyone nor can I continue to spend my money here.

Cometeer is an amazing way to buy coffee. I am signed up for 4 boxes every two weeks, and they never fail me! I admit that every once in a while I get close to my last pod, but they always come through! Fantastic company to deal with!!!

Told customer service about receiving 2 Thunguris last month and 1 this. Response was pretty much, “Sorry, that’s how it goes”. I’ve had 1 other issue in all the time I have subscribed and was treated well. I feel customer service has declined.

Excellent customer service

Quick delivery, well packed with dry ice and totally frozen upon receiving. Great service. Plan to order often. This process of coffee offerings is so helpful during busy times. You don’t have to sacrifice quality and you save all the prep time. Just boil water.
