Took well over a month to receive my order and the customer service was terrible.

Ordering, shiping process is easy,
Ordering, shiping process is easy, processing, delivery was smooth and quick. only concern is product, the high density foam skull padding is crooked in the helmet itself. Looking down into the helmet the padding is off center rotation counterclockwise almost to the 11 o'clock position. When I bring the visor down, I have to rotate the helmet. somewhat uncomfortable.
