I purchased this for my daughter for xmas and I paid extra for her name to be put on the gift...when it arrived instead of the case that the pens go in being lablled there was another black box that was labelled with her name - NOT the case as I had thought.

After my order didn't seem to be moving, I contacted the company and the help, kindness and understanding I recieved were above and beyond! The package was lost, so a new one made, and sent so quickly. In all my dealings with online shopping issues, none have been as personal, kind, or quickly dealt with as this one. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Customer service is excellent. I had a minor issue with my order and the team responded to my email within half an hour with a solution, and my replacement pen was in the post the next day. Very happy customer : )
