Delivery was 7 weeks late, even though all items were marked as available when ordering and paying. Also - contrary to what the website says - no notification per email about the delay. Only when I asked 4 weeks after ordering did they say something about 'out of stock'. A disaster for me and my customers!

Ordered special filament in RAL color. Sadly the color wasn’t accurate and didn’t fit other parts that were freshly powder coated. Printing was easy.

Good service overall. Got backorder after purchase - which is usually not how things are supposed to work. But I wasn't in a particular hurry, so no harm done. Home delivery went smooth.

It was ok. Your customer service us great but deliviry was a mess. I have wated for a Dhl message for the delivery, but actually it never arrived. So i had to have a 'blind' travel to the delivery point
