I tried to explain how a bran new Woodfill filament clogged all my printers even at 0. 6mm nozzle and they just told me to dry my filament. Well I have now dried the filament for days and it still clogs my printers. It starts out great for a 8-10 layers and then it clogs the printer, same as it did right out the box as after drying it for days. My print room is around 25 degrees and room humitity is at 40% so I really don't understand how the wood filament can clog my nozzles if it wasn't for the fact that I got a roll made on a monday, I just printed an entire 1. 8kg Woodfill spool previously to the one I've bought that was quite old and had been sitting outside the box for some time withouth problem and I have been printing wood and bamboo filaments for years without problems, but this bran new spool obviously has problems. Colorfabb doesn't seem to believe me and I've lost weeks in production and clients due this. I'm ordering another brand today since colorFabb doesn't seem to want to replace my spool and even less compensate me for lost time and clients. Seriously upsetting and frustrating.

I was used to buy PLAPHA very superbous material in my Ultimaker 2+. Now I use a BambuLab X1E and the new carton spool are not fully compatible with AMS, this complicates my work. The PLAPHA material continues to be fantastic. I would appreciate a form factor spool AMS compatible.

I bought another roll of the PLA Regrind, I've had some clogging issues on 0. 4mm nozzle with it, but since switching to a 0. 6mm nozzle it has been working great. I like the price and the quality of the product as it is perfect for general printing or test printing where colour doesn't matter.
