The shipping speed has gotten better, I didn't mind the speed too much. Always great quality so if it takes a little longer for quality then so be it.

I've been happy with every flavor of font from here which has been the elderberry I have ordered that one twice now the lemon I'll be ordering again soon the mushroom complex is pretty good lemon is pretty mellow not over a lemony taste but it blends in well even the turmeric and black pepper is thicker and that one it's an adjustment to The taste but it's not pungent. Just cinnamon was pretty mellow too but I'm a cinnamon fan anyway
