Love it made my hair so smooth from the first time

I do not plan to order any more products again. I tried to exchange as I accidentally ordered the wrong product. I bought it on sale and the one I wanted was still on sale however if I wanted to exchange I would have to pay full price for the product I wanted. Thinking maybe I was doing something wrong I called and asked. They said yes that’s how it works. This is the second time customer service did not care to remedy a situation. I will no longer be supporting a company that does not have any concern for their customers.
