So, I had a bit of an issue with the quality of an item bought from Collect And Display. I contacted them using the website chat function - great! - and they totally understood the the expectations of quality I, or any other collector, had. Within the hour we resolved the problem - me sending pictures, them assessing the remaining stock quality - with a return and replacement. Friendly, understanding and concise - I want to keep buying from these guys forever.

I've bought a number of figures from Collect and Display over the last year. I was amazed at the range of figures they had considering original Vinyl, artist figures and sofubi are really hard to find within the UK. The prices are more than reasonable and the delivery is very speedy. Overall this store is one of my favourites for purchasing figures from.
