My multiple dealings with Coleman's have been easy and properly filled. They made one mistake, sending a too small size, but rectified it quickly and gave me a deal on some other items to boot. They aim to please.

This product seems to be of good quality, I was interested in the zipper, I asked if it was metal, the answer that was given said it appeared to be, BUT when it arrived the zipper is not metal, we will see how long the item lasts carrying tools and being treated as a tool bag in all conditions. My guess it should last about 2 years ( maybe )

Price was right but ruck arrived in really rough shape with a cracked frame and holes warn through the pack's frame supports.

Everything about the order was fine. Products were as described. Shipping took a little longer than typical. However, that was more due to the part of the country I live in was covered in snow and ice for two weeks, which is something not typical for this area.

By good condition I expected the cot to be in a better shape. Canvas has holes, hinges are stiff af and the frame is not only marked with paint, which is ok, but full of oxydation . I'll bring it in decent shape with a good buff and I might have to change the canvas. But I should have got the new one instead.
