I am very pleased with the product but the delivery needs a bit more effort, it's not good to just leave the parcel in the lobby, anyone could have taken it, luckily I saw the delivery person arrive and by the time I got to the lobby the delivery person was gone, my flat door is only another 8 paces and a simple "knock" to let me know the parcel has been delivered. Sum courier companies do deliver with pride.
