I eat 100% chocolate with my Matcha tea in the morning it’s not very much but it’s something I really love I noticed when I had three capsules in the morning that I lost my love for the chocolate taste with my morning tea. So I cut it down to two capsules a day. I also felt really wired with three capsules. two really works well for me. On three I felt scattered until I feel much more steady it does. I do seem to be having more focus and concentration. I’ve had a lot of medical procedures anyway, I’m doing better on two capsules than three.
