Placed an order, didn’t have the shaft for the club I was buying. Staff contacted me within minutes of the order to say that shaft wasn’t in stock. Asked them if they had a certain shaft that was in my Forge Techs and they did. Now all shafts match. Will buy more again later.

My driver's club broke from the shaft due to carelessness. A new shaft was ordered and received un a timely manner.the representative was competent and professional.

The irons are shown in pictures with the black shaft. I called customer service to just verify the shaft model. That’s when I found out they were out of the black shaft for the irons. Cobra upgraded shipping for free and gave a discount as well. So they went above what was needed to make it right.
