Shipping was quick but the mounts have a short life before needing to be replaced.

Working with the technical support over the phone respolved the issue and Cobra immediately sent a new part which resolved the issue 100%. I got the new part in just a few days and the dashcam works perfectly now. Thanks Cobra!

Great products, great customer service

We are an environmental remediation company and tested these radios when we were in the field at large Sites or when we had two crews working at the same time. The audio was loud enough to hear after over light construction sounds and the alert light made it easy to see there was an incoming message when heavy construction equipment was running and associates were using hearing protection. These radios are rugged and easy to wipe clean. They were simple to use and worked well.

The first lapel speaker mic I purchased didn’t work. I call Cobra customer service with a very short wait time, the agent was very helpful and sent out a new one. The new device works fine, my experience with Cobra customer service was great and the best part was that I talked to someone in the US that I was able to understand. Great products and service by Cobra. Had to replace the adhesive attachment recently after replacing a windshield. Parts availability and prompt shipping was great along with good pricing.

The adapter appeared to be redundant. I sent 2 mails to Cobra forninstruction to return the adapter. They even did not answer! Nasty service.
