Why do you sell two radios but only one charging cord why not include a charging cord with a Y so you can charge both units at once or at least a charging station to put both into and then use the one card to charge them?

The SC 250 R front and rear was easy to setup in my Chevrolet equinox. The obdll power cord makes a breeze to hook up.

I did not received HH600 Marine Handheld base, I received different part: CM 110-030 for HH350/500. I have sent email to global support but had no reply.

everything with the customer service rep was great. She answered all my questions and helped me order everything i needed.

Shipping and service were Great. Is there anywhere to get an extension for the mic cord that can reach 10-15 feet when standing outside the cab while loading and watching weight scale for log/pole truck while communicating with loader operator. any suggestions or ideas would be helpful.

I was over shipped a item and ultimately was charged for 2 and not 1. Customer service individual Josh was no help whatsoever. I'm considering having my credit card company Reverse the charges. I'm probably done doing business with Colbra / Escort after 35 + yrs of being a customer.
