I was searching for a local company to do apparel printing for our gym and came across Coastal Reign. I was beyond pleased with every step of the process from start to finish. I was specifically working with Efraim throughout the ordering process. He was very quick to respond to all of my emails in a very clear and concise manner. He was informative about the products, and committed to meeting the deadlines we needed. The system they use for mock up approvals and quotes was extremely efficient and allowed me to play around with quantities on different garments to see how it would change pricing. Our bulk order had about 100 items which included several different styles, colors, ink colors, and sizes and it arrived perfectly, on time, without a single mistake. Our members only had great things to say about them. I will definitely be using Coastal Reign for all of my future apparel orders and highly recommend them to others!

Amazing experience from start to finish. I enjoy that someone reviews the design and get your approval before printing. With risk of Canada Post striking they had taken preventive measures and had switched the carrier they were going to ship with. When I called to confirm they were going to change the carrier they answered quickly and were kind of the phone. When the product arrived I loved the quality. The shirts are soft and light. The print looks sturdy but we’ll see how it does in the wash. Will be ordering from them again. I enjoy that they’re Canadian and on the west coast.

Just go with them if you want no-hassle, easy to work with merch order. Our team was in a difficult place as our original vendor bailed last minute saying they could not meet the order date, but CR was able to guarantee us the new order for 2 weeks, and it came. I cannot be more thankful. For team merch, just go with them if you dont want any headaches. They are Canadian too!

Coastal Reign was able to deliver on what was initially a concept into a team sweater that exceeded expectations. Their user friendly site allowed me to customize the sweater and was quickly followed up by their customer support team who fine tuned it and ensured no details were left out. Being able to order samples for sizing and their easy return shipping program made sure our team was able to get fitted specific to their liking. Finally their turnaround with production and shipping was well within their committed timeline. I will definitely be using Coastal Rein again for our future team purchases.
