My customer service rep, Jesse, was very helpful in explaining my options and helping me set up my coverage. I attempted to get quotes from 6 other companies and it was confusing, bits of my services were not included, such as herbal medicine (I am fellow trained in integrative medicine) which I often recommend, or I had to pay more for prescribing medications (not including pain management) like menopause hormone replacement. CM& F offers full coverage at a reasonable rate. The other companies either took weeks or never returned my email and/or phone calls. Jesse has responded to all questions within hours of me calling or emailing and provided all information asked for to verify coverages.

Annoying parts
It was annoying to have to enter my license #, since it's been the same for years. None of the boxes were highlighted in red until I said to continue, then the top box went red. I answered the new grad question- which again, is annoying, since I've been with your company off and on for years. I hit continue and the second box turned red. Again, very annoying, since the instructions say information is needed in boxes highlighted in red and none of them are red to start with. Why not have them all red, or highlight the questions that need to be answered or updated in red? You should also just create a QR code on your paper renewal notice to make it easier.

Overall easy website to navigate; however, toward the end it said there was a $4. 15 convenience fee for paying with a credit card, but when clicked on agree, the convenience fee was higher, not for much but still inaccurate. This needs to be revised and fixed for transparency and trust,
