Book came in plastic mailer only. In transit, there was a hole in mailer and because the book wasn’t in plastic the book got wet since it was raining. A paper book got wet. Expensive, cheaply made, and couldn’t even made proper packaging so it wouldn’t get damaged in transit (shipping is too expensive for that nonsense)

Was sent a youth hat and it didn't mention anything about a youth hat in the description, submitted a ticket and got not reply back
