Great Tool, Minor Durability Issue. This is a fantastic tool, but I did have to order a second one because the first one broke at the clip mechanism. Despite this, I still highly recommend it to anyone who frequently drops their phone or carries it in shallow pockets, especially in crowded places. It’s a reliable solution, and I've even inspired others to get one for themselves!

Carabiner is disappointing

Used the Clutchloop to keep my phone from falling into the Aegean Sea while sailing there for 2 weeks. It worked amazingly well and I never worried about losing my phone. Also, my Clutchloop experienced a malfunction after the first week and the company sent me a new one—no questions asked— after reviewing the accompanying video I sent which demonstrated the issue. Absolutely fantastic customer service!.
