Didn’t mean to place order still haven’t got my money back a month later never received the product

Bought a complete set and they didn’t have ping in set so I contacted CS they were rude and didn’t help so I’m assuming I’m out of the ping. Be careful when buying a set you will not get any help! Extremely disappointed with this company. The CS is what makes or breaks a company we deal with them and when they do t help you not really a good representation of company.

Just purchased the Qi4D driver and it didn’t come with the torque tool. You would think paying nearly $700 they would include the tool.

Buying the club was easy, receiving the club was a problem, was delayed two different times due to a wrong address called customer service and they helped and got things sorted out received my club two days later the weather has been bad so I haven’t had a chance to play a round with it yet but looking forward to it soon
